Cops Beat The Sh*t Out Of Handcuffed Spitter
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — A dashboard camera caught it all. Now, a West Palm Beach police officer seen punching and kicking a handcuffed man on the video has resigned and two other officers are on administrative leave.
Authorities released the video Monday, showing what happened to 42-year-old Pablo Gilberto Valenzuela on May 26. He suffered a broken jaw and bruised eyes.
Police reports say Valenzuela matched the description of a man wearing a ski mask inside a store. When officers responded, Valenzuela tried using pepper spray on them and ran. Outside, Valenzuela tried biting one of the officer’s leg and spit at another officer.
He was arrested on several charges including battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
The confrontation is being investigated.
