If they feel that the death wasn’t intentional then they need to drop the charges and deport him on the INS/ICE charge… Since it’s not a Capitol offense they will still have the ability and cooperation of Mexico to extradite him back to the U.S. should the disposition of the case change… If they honestly believe it was an accident, then just send him back, the dude has been through enough…
Although I think that would be fair, I also have a hard time swallowing the story… Who besides a tweaker works on an alarm clock? And even a tweaker has the sensibility to unplug the alarm clock… Too many unanswered questions with this case!
