Does that bother you when Chris Matthews almost cries when he’s talking about Obama? It says to me that the Democrats haven’t believed their own rhetoric. They really didn’t believe a minority could be a favorite to win the highest position in the land.
Don’t get me wrong; Conservatives aren’t blase about the meteroic political rise of a black person. I think we’re just wondering why it took so long. However, it’s been demonstrated that America’s mainstream media and the Democratic party will try to kill all chances for any black person to succeed who’s affiliated with the Republican party. It won’t matter what his/her credentials are.
