I would like to see Nazario file a suit now for the damages caused by the puke that brought this suit against him to recoup some of the losses he sustained during this whole ordeal.

Nazario and his family deserve to have compensation. My God they cost him his job as a police officer, made it impossible for him to get any other employment, made his family and him suffer needlessly, and for countless other reasons they deserve to be restored to what they had prior to this happening to them after his loyal and brave service to our country.

He said out of the whole ordeal one of the worst things for Sgt Nazario was when the case was announced "United States of America vs Nazario."
