Can anybody figure out where this is? My guess is Indonesia somewhere, maybe the Phillipines…??

    That was just too much stupid for one video.
    First, why in the hell would you stand around a bomb and look at it? It’s designed to blow up, not entertain you.
    Second, why just take the guy in the street? Did they not see the other guy on fire? Nobody has a shirt or jacket to throw on the guy to help stop it?
