August 28th, 2008 at 6:25 pmA couple days ago, I saw a motorcyclist on the Queen Ka’ahumanu Highway. He was going about 35-40 miles an hour. He lifted his right leg up and over to the left side of the bike (his left foot remained on the pedal), brought his right foot down until it was a couple of inches from the road, and kept it there, parallel to the ground, for quite a while. His right leg was completely straight.
