I wonder if he's out of the country. I read on a highbrow Iranian blog (pro-Shah) that it's illegal to kill an Ayatollah. Supposedly the Ayatollah Khomeini was given his religious title by the Shah's enemies to protect his life. I’m surprised that Grand Ayatollah Sanjani hasn’t been arrested and thrown in Tehran’s Evin Prison. I wonder if he’s out of the country.
