Honestly, I use to compete when this first came out and any idiot knows you don't fly these things in winds of 30 mph or even greater. This was a purley stupid thing for this young man to do and now he has paid a price for his stupidity. That simply had to fking hurt. What he should have doen was flown that kite in the ground against the wind and walked away. He could not, it was strapped to him.
