1) She has the aggregate executive experience of being a state governor. That state being Alaska, is larger in geographical size than a good many of the worlds’ countries. Big state governors on tickets tend to win elections, think Presidents Bush & Reagan!

2) She’s VERY pro-life, any fear of McCain choosing a pro-choice running mate is assuaged.

3) She’s very pro-gun, something which the dems can’t claim.

4) She’s pro-drilling. Alaska, as we all well know, is rich in many natural resources, particularly oil.

My dad was like many of us when we learned McCain would be our candidate; he was going to vote for McCain with a bit of reluctance, but knowing full well what damage the extremist dems could do. As a fellow Vietnam vet, he honored McCain for his service, and like practically every other combat vet, would without hesitation declare the P.O.Ws had by far the toughest experience of all.

Now, we know that McCain has made one of the best political decisions of the century!
