Armed troops at our borders, including artillery I think would be a lot of help. That way if they make more armed incursions into our soil and continue to use automatic weapons against the Border Patrol we just flatten them. After a few months of drug traffickers getting reduced to greasy smears and the human traffickers being interdicted they'd get the idea.
