Turn it on once they leave the gate, and turn them off again when the arrive at the destination. They are readily available too. The military have been using them for sometime now as a way to inhibit cellphone-triggered roadside bombs and IED's...........hell, even I can buy one. I don't see any good reason to have the 1st law enforced, let alone a second one of the same thing.
