Reports: General David Petraeus On McCain’s Short List For VP
About 5 minutes ago (12:30 PM PST) Fox News stated that insiders are reporting that General David Petraeus, the great architect of the Victorious Surge in Iraq, is on the short list of John McCain’s choice for Vice President.
I don’t know, I think Petraeus would serve our country best at his new post as head of CENTCOM, but one never knows. Add that to the fact that the polls are so close between McCain and Hussein, that the group that must be wooed right now are the Independents and Undecideds, a military man might not be their favorite pick.
But he would certainly be mine. McCain/Petraeus ‘08…I like the sound of that.
It would put the Fear of God into America’s enemies, I’ll tell ya that shit right fukn now.
