If they're also wanted for crimes against their former Muslim countries of residence, they can't be deported. It's the ultimate irony: Convicted terrorists in England who can't be deported because they'll be tortured and probably given a death sentence if returned to their former Muslim countries. Meanwhile, under England's very lenient justice system, these terrorists have to be released and put under house arrest at great expense to the government which also pays for their living expenses.
