What motivates a person to go into the legal profession and ultimately become a tort or criminal defense attorney willing to lie and defend sociopathic monsters such as this? I really have very little respect for any attorney, I understand there are good ones around and they are necessary to defend those of us right minded people in society from the other monsters disguised as lawyers, but look at the trial lawyers association and the ACLU. There is no redeeming value in those people. The world would be better if they were not alive. These are the types of people who stand up in a court of law and say that this young precious child died as a result of complications from diabetes, their tongues should be cut out and then be forced to live with adults who were abused as children.
August 1st, 2008 at 10:37 pmProfessor Bill.. Could not agree more.
I want to know why this teacher did not follow up on her own and make sure this situation was reported and investigated. Obviously she cared but she should have gone that extra step. That poor little boy. Angelic smile. I don’t understand how people do this to children. It is beyond my comprehension.
August 2nd, 2008 at 5:25 am1. Attorneys are there to provide defenses (in the case of defense lawyers) to people to make sure they get a “fair trial.” It’s a matter of choice as to what kind of law a person can practice. There are enough innocent people who have sat in prison because they were railroaded.
2. In this case, I wonder if this teacher’s aide is crying because the State of Colorado Children’s Services failed to protect this kid. The teacher had a duty under law to report the case to Child Services. They had a duty to follow up vigorously. The teacher could have also called the cops. If she was wrong, no harm, no foul. Teachers and other people around kids, even volunteers (at least in California) have to take training to learn what to do if they suspect any abuse or neglect.
August 2nd, 2008 at 7:05 amI have heard the same ol dreadful justifications so many times about the legal profession I want to vomit. So noble and honorable, bravely defending the rights of the lowly and downtrodden, pause for a moment as I wrap myself in the constitution and swear my allegence to the ACLU. What a load of shit. Incidentaly my wife is an expert medical witness who used to own her own private firm doing medial reviews and supplying expert analysis of medical care that takes place in a hospital, so I am well versed on the nuances. My basic premise is correct, frivalous lawsuits and lying for guilty people has done far more harm than the good that has come from protecting the individuals rights. And in regard to this idea that many innocent people have gone to prison, for every one innocent person in prison I will show you ten who didn’t go but were likely guilty and got off due to a silly technicality.
The fact is our legal system is broken and it’s filled with unscrupolous people seeking to screw someone out of money in order to enrich their own pocket and who are willing to lie and say whatever is necessary to keep their client out of jail.
August 2nd, 2008 at 12:43 pmI don’t know why I decided to view this vid. Shit like this just makes me want to KILL people like that filthy PoSHIT AND the girlfriend with my bare hands. My only consolation comes as I know there are people in prison that feel the same, and that stinking fuckwad waste of human cells WILL PAY. What a beautiful child, he deserved so much, MUCH BETTER. I hate these stories.
August 2nd, 2008 at 4:35 pmAs I found out through a divorce, there is morally right, common sense and then there is the LAW. If the LAW says it is none of my business, for many Attorney’s thats the way it…..regardless of what is common sense and morally correct.
As the asshole told me, it is not your house, your have no say what goes on their and UNLESS you can prove your exwife is doing something to HARM your daughter butt out…..or we’ll see you in court. Failure to heed that will get you in big trouble.
As long as they are $200+ per hour they could give a shit as long as the LAW covers their ass.
THey treat the ‘LAW’ as a living being, it is greater than the word of GOD….truely fucked up.
