Broward Democrats Poke Fun At Sarah Palin While ‘Praying’ … Well, Isn’t That … Special??

Get a room full of Democrats, and they can’t resist poking fun at Sarah Palin.
It’s not exactly the message that the Barack Obama campaign wants to exude — preferring to act as if the Republican vice presidential candidate doesn’t get them ruffled — but Palin is just too rich a target for loyal Democrats.
At the Broward Democratic Party’s monthly meeting Tuesday night, it started right at the beginning — with the invocation, delivered by Mike Moskowitz, the state committeeman for the county.
He called for a “blessing on the elk and moose in Alaska who have been decimated by Sarah Barracuda” and included a prayer that Palin doesn’t turn her sights on the squirrels in Washington, D.C.
“We pray that her journey takes her across the bridge to nowhere,” he said.
Monroe Kiar, the former Davie town attorney and father of state Rep. Martin Kiar, D-Davie, told the party gathering about his summer visit to Alaska.
Finding himself in Juneau, he said he visited the Capitol, while everyone else in the group went whale watching — a true mark of a political junkie.
The Capitol building was smaller than just about anything in Broward, he said. Palin is governor of a state of about 670,000 residents.
“That’s disgraceful running for vice president,” Kiar said. “Any one of our commissioners is more qualified to be vice president than she is.”
Mitch Ceasar, the Broward Democratic chairman, also belittled Palin’s level of experience.
Noting she previously served as mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, he said that was nothing compared to the size of communities in Broward.
“She was elected mayor of one half of a [Broward] condo,” Ceasar said. “And when she was elected governor of Alaska, she was elected [as the equivalent of] a Broward County commissioner.”
Actually, Ceasar’s math is a bit off. The population of Alaska is more like what’s represented by three county commissioners.

These are the same assjacks that have decided to sue FEMA because FEMA is going after too many fraudulent claims in Broward County from the hurricanes in 2004, none of which hit Broward County, yet there was over $24 million spent on home repairs, etc. that were never needed. Can’t be fraud, it has to be you don’t like us latino folks…. Puhlease.
Like the fucking Hollywood assfucks, these people are of no consequence to reality. Reality being that their form of experience means dick to the common man. Their form of reality is a fantasy where their grouping people together based on race, religion, sex, and sexual orientation isn’t considered racism, sexism, religious persecution, or the like, it is called political correctness. Broward county could be nuked for all those of us in Florida that “get it” could care. It is full of Cuban immigrants, which in itself is not that big of deal, but they are intentionally kept uneducated and are sold the story that the Republicans are oppressors just like what they have left, and they buy into it. They are lied to by the Democratic party and subjugated just like good little Cubans. Yes, there are exceptions to every rule, but the predominant mentality is that Republicans are the friends of Castro. How do I know this? I SCUBA dive quite a bit and was attacked by a Cuban in Ft. Lauderdale because I had a Bush 04 sticker on my truck. Literally attacked. Dude started it by screaming profanity at me then started slapping me. Needless to say he didn’t slap too long, but I almost had to kick his ass for real to get him to stop. “Joor Castro’s best friend! Joo oppress everyone!” Whatever dude, have a nice day and be glad I didn’t pull my concealed pistol on your ass and demonstrate oppression. Or is that SUPPRESSION?
