Google’s First Phone “Android G1″ Slated For October Release
The first cell phone running Google Inc.’s mobile software looks something like Apple Inc.’s iPhone and has a large touch screen, but it also packs a trackball, a slide-out keyboard and easy access to Google’s e-mail and mapping programs.

September 24th, 2008 at 10:12 amWhat I regret is not getting a Zarus(?) pda when they were available. Nice 500MHz strongARM pda running Linux. Lots of possibilities.
Still using my Palm m505. Wouldn’t mind developing some apps for it this winter, if/when I have some time to kill.
