What planet has this idiot been living on? My beef isn’t about anything in his quote save the last three words, “…it never was.â€Â
For years the Bush Administration has acknowledged that the central front in the War on Terror had been in Iraq. It might not have been before 2003, but that point is moot.
I know of quite a few Marines who will tell you that the central front in the War on Terror was definitely in Iraq while they were killing Al Qaeda in Ramadi, I believe PAT was there, as well, so to say that the central front was “never†in Iraq reveals ignorance and arrogance of the highest magnitude.
Osama Bin Laden himself said this in 2004:
“The most important and serious issue today for the whole world is this third world war, which the Crusader-Zionist coalition began against the Islamic nation, it is raging in the land of the Two Rivers. The world’s millstone and pillar is Baghdad, the capital of the caliphate.”
Now, if two enemies both agree that the central front to their conflict is a certain geographical area, in this case, Iraq, then guess what?
It is the central front.

This guy is clueless, he is not capable of being Commander-in-Chief of our Armed Forces.
