    Not the most concise voice for the Republican party, but a welcome figure. He’s probably a 9/12 republican. One who was shocked by 9/11 but was even more repulsed by the attitude of other democrats.

    You’re half right. I saw him earlier mention that, but also that he was horrified by the killing fields in cambodia and nam after we pulled out of southeast asia, and was perplexed how the lefties just drifted away and ignored the outcome of this action…a sober moment
