This is the biographical video they showed tonight at the RNC–you know what? Scratch that, it is the GOP, again– on John McCain.

Then his speech. Great speech.

We’re going to win November.

    I agree 100%. McCain/Palin are in a whole different league than Barry and Co. :beer:

    Obama/Biden is what bubbled to the surface of that cesspool called the democratic party as their “best of the best.” Pathetic! :roll:

    What I really like is that we have seen (from both sides) an Oboma and Palin experience comparison since last Friday. Obama has been effectually demoted to vice president in that regard.

    Biden isn’t even mentioned and McCain’s stature is more akin to George Washington when compared to B Hussein. :lol:

    He did a great job … the last segment of the speech when the crowd was going crazy mixed with the words he was speaking to fight and win … that couldn’t have been any better … what a sound bite.

    dadeo is correct, there simply is no comparison to be had between the two tickets. If Obama/Biden wins in Nov, I will have proof that there is no intelligence left in the collective US population.

    For all you out there with kids who like Pixar movies (like me); I turned to my wife when the speech ended and said, “Holy shit, the end of the speech was written by Edna Mole!”

    My criticism of John McCain was his bringing up his “desire to reach across the aisle” as though that is a virtue. We’ve seen eight years of Pres. Bush’s “new tone” and know what that got us. The Democrat Party, in my opinion, is a bigger threat to America than Al Qeada because it has access to the levers of power, and so needs to be destroyed as the “enemy within” that it is.

    Basically, enough already of trying to cozy up with the enemy, John! We want blood! Why do you think Sarah got the response that she did, and your bi-partisan applause line got nothing?

    Yeah, I know. He’s 72 and set in his ways. But I give him credit for nominating Sarah “the Barracuda” Palin for VP. The transformation alone that will cause the GOP covers a lot of past sins.
