Breaking - Ohio Must Set Up A Way To Verify All New Voters

Federal appeals court rules the system must be in place before Friday
CINCINNATI - A federal appeals court has ordered Ohio’s top elections official to set up a system by Friday to verify the eligibility of new voters.
The full 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati on Tuesday upheld a lower court ruling that Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner must use other government records to check thousands of new voters for registration fraud.
A three-judge panel of the 6th Circuit had disagreed last week, but the full court’s ruling overturns that decision.
Ohio Republicans sued Brunner, a Democrat.
Ohio GOP Chairman Bob Bennett called the ruling a victory for the integrity of the electoral process.
Brunner previously had said there was no way to implement the system with such speed.

October 14th, 2008 at 6:13 pmI have NO issue with presenting my identification at the polling booth to prove I AM WHO I AM! And it’s not “La Principessa di SA.”
October 14th, 2008 at 6:24 pmWisconsin next!!!!!!!!
October 14th, 2008 at 6:48 pmAwesome.

October 14th, 2008 at 7:50 pmPennsylvania too! There must be 30 or 40 Democrats to every Republican here - or so they’d like you to think…
October 14th, 2008 at 10:05 pmRemember this when you read the “polling” results in the papers and magazines! Their are God knows how many fraudulent registrations and most of those(thankfully) won’t actually vote but they are being considered when the pollsters “weight” their samples so they are polling way more Dems than would be likely to actually vote. The polls can be discounted even more than usual because of this.
October 14th, 2008 at 10:36 pmAs an Ohioan, I hate Jennifer Brunner.
October 14th, 2008 at 10:57 pmThey better not fuckin drag this out, if so send their ass to jail.
October 15th, 2008 at 1:08 amI have to prove who I am by showing an official state i.d.
October 15th, 2008 at 3:34 amI have never thought that was some kind of intrusion.
(I think they only do that to angry white males)
Looks like there is a 95% chance that the two at the table are Obama supporters!
October 15th, 2008 at 5:19 amNah… What makes you think that?

October 15th, 2008 at 5:27 amOk I’m gonna make a “racist” statement
How about checking photo IDs and confirming who the person is at the poll before they are handed a ballot? Gasp.. what a concept.
October 15th, 2008 at 5:51 amRight now, DhimmicRAT voter registration fraud is the ‘TOP ISSUE’ for me. If I can’t trust the election process to be honest and fair, what other issues really matter?
October 15th, 2008 at 6:30 amWhere are our State and Federal officials? ACORN is funded in-part by federal tax dollars. Federal funding should be stopped immediatly, all ACORN offices shut down and investigated. We are hearing mostly about the so-called ‘Battleground’ States, but this is happening nationally. Further every State should set the same standard of review for voter registration outlined by the judge, by the same timeline!
October 15th, 2008 at 8:33 amWhy don’t the courts DISALLOW all registrations submitted by any organization caught blatantly violating electoral rules? I think this is the only way to get groups such as ACORN’s attention and bring them in line.
Have there been no complaints from anyone or any state officials to a state court yet? Why? Is everyone just going to grouse and growl around as election day approaches? There HAS to be a stop put to it. For every false registration submitted by ACORN that gets voted on, your vote and my vote are completely discounted—wiped out.
