A new McCain spot, unreleased, keeps whacking away at Obama. This one hits Obama for a new round of alleged Chicago sleaze, and the suggestion he’s done favors for Chicago political allies.
“Obama rewards his friends with your tax dollars,” the narrator says, citing cases in which Obama was involved in getting allies grants and support, though none of the reporting on this has been terribly damning.
The ad started airing, the all-knowing Evan Tracey says, in Omaha last night.
The ad, paid in part by the RNC, includes the required diversion into an attack on “congressional liberals,” and then brings on McCain to cheerful, contemporary sounding tones.
