Updated And Bumped: Uh Oh … He Sorta Kinda Made A “Change” Now - Czar-Elect Hussein Calls For Involuntary Servitude, Comrades
I WAS going to use the words “a return to slavery in America” … but I thought I would save that for when the Czar doesn’t get the amount of “you choose to serve” volunteers he thinks/believes he will … and he has to start mandating in a “jury duty” or “military draft” sort of way to fill such ‘demands’ …in the military it’s called being voluntold.
Did “Peggy” and all those adoring masses of folks really believe they were getting something for free?

Obama will call on citizens of all ages to serve America, by developing a plan to require 50 hours of community service in middle school and high school and 100 hours of community service in college every year. Obama will encourage retiring Americans to serve by improving programs available for individuals over age 55, while at the same time promoting youth programs such as Youth Build and Head Start.
