This fukn little puke, it’s dangerous enough for that cop to have to stand there watching so he doesn’t get hit by some other idiot “motorist”, has to watch the dude at the bench for any false moves, has to watch the driver for any false moves, and then have this little punk pull some pot-hazed pre-law .
