If the law is the same as it was when I worked as a crimes against children investigator then he is in deep trouble. It is a strict felony to posses child porn in any form without a court order. Book-em. No excuse for PTSD that excuse is only good for rehab after time served. We are responsible for our actions no matter how crazy we get unless we are in immediate fear for our lives and that is an affirmative defense. He can not do it.
