i lost my construction job a few years ago because things got so slow the company i worked for closed down after 30 years. now im not complaining about that, i moved on and found another job. but i worry about other white construction workers who are in this same position today who could use one of these jobs. mandating jobs because of skin color is illegal. we will not become the second class in this country just because someone deems that its better to just give jobs to other people.
