Clearly, Pres. Obama is a lying traitor to all. The people get it. Sadly, their just being bent over so Obama can get serious. Historic Evil.
He seriously needs a thorough mental checkup. For someone to be so consistently detached from the reality of the moment and their own deeds past and present goes beyond hypocrisy and mere forgetfulness. If he isn’t suffering from some bizarre form of amnesia, or is experiencing early stages of Alzheimer i.e. these extraordinary lapses in his memory can be explained as physiological, then chances are high that Barry is categorically unstable and mentally unfit.
..or he simply is a compulsive/pathological liar. In any case he needs to be honest with himself before he expects others to follow the mandates he sets, because he’s no messiah and he can’t be fooling all of the people ALL of the time…
IMO, he’s mentally ill. God help us all.

Apparently he does a similar broadcast as you and he is reporting that the Russians have given warning to the NATO ships in the Black Sea. How do you think the Messiah will react to people with real balls?
