Luxembourg used to be safer than the Swiss banks after the laws were changed, but I heard that the EU forced them to abandon their secrecy laws. I'm not sure where your privacy is assured anymore. This plan also included the nationalization/seizure of 401(k)'s, pension plans, etc., to pay for Bambi's spending ambitions. The fear was that the "super-rich" would transfer their wealth out of the USA, then move to some island and declare themselves "expatriots". Ergo, shield their wealth while Bambi burned the country to the ground. Make no mistake: Bambi is going to outright SEIZE the wealth of the achievers. This is just the overture to that action.
