Need sound. I’d like to hear what was said by the suspect that provoked the cop. If I was sitting on a jury, I’d want to hear the whole story from both sides before passing judgement. That was my position on the 5 juries that I’ve sat on. Trial by TV is not the same as a fair trial in my book.

Virtually every case of police brutality I have ever heard of involves the suspect deciding to fight with police and/or being a belligerant shithead. That doesn’t mean the perps always deserved what they got or that this dude wasn’t WAY the hell over the line…

But fighting with the police gets you nowhere. The best thing to do when arrested (in most cases) is to shut the fuck up and comply. Let your lawyer argue with the cops. That is what you pay him for.

Please, what kind of a piece of shit has to smash a 15 year old girl into a wall by the hair, hip toss her to the ground and then put to strikes on her when she is already down, he is already on top of her and has another officer in assistance?

Oh ya, that’s right, a PoS cop that should have neither a gun nor a badge and a prime example of what is wrong with law enforcement in this country. There is no justification for what he did, to even hint that there might be is bullshit.

They pay these guys fucking peanuts, so they get monkeys to do the job, then wonder why shit like this happens, or why guys that don’t rate it get shot, or another number of things that make you scratch your head and go what the fuck. Little more pay would attract more professionals and allow them to weed out the shit in there ranks IMO.

I have two sons. I’ve always told them if they ever cross paths with the cops, it is “Yes sir, no sir, thank you sir.”
It just makes it easier on everyone.
Maybe she’ll take her money from the lawsuit and throw herself a “Sweet 16″ party and Mtv will film it.
But it’s still not right for a cop to that. And he needs to investigated. He makes other cops look bad.
I have a friend who has a belligerant daughter, and the kid mouthed off to the cops. The cops kept their cool though. Called my friend to come get her. I told her she lucked out. Her kid will (hopefully  ) be ok. She signed up for the Guards and is excited about it. It should do her good.
Some teenage girls are completely out of control. Not all of them. But the ones that are, whew.

Dan, It does not matter what she said, this though-guy cop is unemployed. A badge does not excuse him. He’s done and she hit bank.

    POS cop!

lemme guess, she said something to him about a liter of cola?

No, yeah that guy was way over the line, whatever was said, he could have just as easily shut the door and ended the interaction.

No excuse for what the cop did.
    1. She is a girl.
    2. She is way smaller than him.
    3. Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.

Here ya go. This is both crackers, hos and other assorted butt steaks.

PS. I’d listen to what the cop had to say. I always lean toward the cops anyways. No doubt he’d be fired; question is how much time in the slammer does he get. I mean compared to what the pimps and hoes. druggies etc get all the time. They always have an excuse. The way they were raised, etc, etc.

When a cop messes up they throw the book at him. When a hoe messes up its someone else’s fault.

That’s the system, I sat in on for three weeks one year.

I still want to hear the sound. Even a cop has a breaking point. Provoke them enough, and you too may experience a beat down.

  10. Dan that was the funnest video, bring a white freind,  and dont bring a mad woman

We don’t know what might have gone on in the sally-port,or on the street for that matter.Just because she’s a 15 year old doesn’t mean that earlier she wasn’t shooting at the officer.

  12. nodhimmes

He got weed, he got weed! LMAO

  13. If the cop is that thin-skinned, it doesn’t matter what that girl did or said, short of trying to shank him, he has no excuse.

Cops, by the nature of their job, have to be held to a higher standard. If they can’t handle that, they need to quit and go to work somewhere else where they don’t have to deal with the public.

I was a cop for 10 years. Yes, we need to hear both sides, but I cannot conceive of anything the kid could have said that would justify this beating. Also, I’d worry about the culture of that department, because

    1) the other cop didn’t even try stop him, and

    2) both of them had to KNOW that they were being videotaped, yet they WERE NOT WORRIED about it.

This cop does a good imitation of a coward who is afraid of REAL bad guys, and so gets off on mouthy little girls.

Yeah, you’re a real hero, Schene, a real credit to the profession. Do us all a favor, and get out.

    Those were my thoughts also.

I was a bit surprised that the other cop wasn’t shocked at the actions of his fellow officer, nor did he really step in to stop anything.

Of course, maybe the other cop knows something we don’t….

Not justifying the actions, just curious I guess.

Also, in todays litigious atmosphere, I’m surprised that people forget they are on tape.

  16. AMartinez

What’s not being brought is how this cop has allready killed an unarmed man in a prior traffic stop. This cop is a butthole and needs to be stopped.

  17. Toe Tagger (Infidel in toto)

Win or lose any law suit, I’d bet big money, in the future she thinks REAL HARD ‘BEFORE’ reaching that “Oh Shit! Why did I do/say that,” moment.

  18. anonymous hourly worker

Gee, if I attacked MY fifteen year old like that on tape I’D be put behind bars. There are a lot of good cops but you have to admit that the job attracts some real WEIRDOS too; that’s why most departments have such a thorough intake process.

This is what happens when you hire a WEIRDO instead of a professional COP. In the final analysis, SOMEONE has to act more mature than the fifteen year old.
