Developing: Hope For Coleman As Judges Rule Thousands Of Ballots Can Be Considered

The court order indicates that all absentee ballots that complied with state law should be counted, along with those where errors occurred through no fault of the voter.
Nearly 4,800 rejected absentee ballots may be considered in the Senate recount trial, according to a ruling from the three-judge panel hearing the dispute between Republican Norm Coleman and Democrat Al Franken.
The court order indicates that all absentee ballots that complied with state law should be counted, along with those where errors occurred through no fault of the voter.
But the order limits Coleman to presenting evidence on those ballots specifically disclosed to the Franken legal team by January 22.
Coleman lawyer Fritz Knaak said he believes that the Coleman camp disclosed some 4,800 such ballots by the deadline, and Franken spokeswoman Jess McIntosh said that was also her understanding.
The argument that many more rejected absentee ballots should be reconsidered has been central to Coleman’s effort to overtake the 225-vote lead Franken has held since the state Canvassing Board certified results of the recount Jan. 3.

Does this favor Coleman or Frankenstein?
i would call that some serious hope. if they are counted then coleman should be the winner if there are any decent people at all running the show up there.
its pretty bad when a judge needs to rule on whether votes can be counted. wonder who ruled that all of Frankens fake votes could be counted. democrats suck!!
The dems are working overtime to stack the Senate their way, by hook or crook.
This could make up for that fool rep that took a job working for zero.
Many of these were Coleman votes that county election judges (with the aid of Franken legals) rejected where as other counties allowed similar votes for Franken. Nothing has been ruled on about double counts yet. Although it is officially stated that Franken is ahead, it burns me to read or hear MSM say Franken is leading when you know it’s false. This is a big fricken mess the Franken camp has created, flooding the system with ballot challenges. Well, you know the details: double counts, more votes than registered, etc.
Last time I actually gave a sh!t Coleman was leading and that is the way it should end.
Whatever happened to the gore and democrat chant of “count every vote Oh, they meant only if it helps them steal an election.
Coleman needs money to keep the appeal going. Franken ha gotten million from the Hollywierds.
