Yes but who is really the least intelligent, Maxine or her voters? This is question that goes for Murtha, Waxman and Pelosi. These congressmen/women are just what their consituents want.
So what does that say about some of our fellow Americans, like Pablo/Pedro, the McDonalds worker who asked Obama the question this week? It says to me that we are surrounded by self serving, lazy, incredibly stupid and ignorrant people.

The Banks charge way too much interest on credit cards. They do wait till your two months behind on your mortgage before offering to help. I have always hated Maxime Waters but these bankers are pigs.

With regard to the first video, I’m not trying to be a stick in the mud here, and let me say for the record that I hate this bitch’s guts (Maxine Waters), but in this particular case she is asking the right questions.
I am currently going through the process of losing my house with Citibank.
The CEO from Citibank is blatantly lying.
They do in fact have a policy of not dealing with you until you are at least 2 months behind in your payments.
I have been trying for over 2 months now to speak with someone to modify my loan and never been able to get past the low level call reps to speak with someone with enough authority to make a real deal on my loan (i.e. management).
I have been told repeatedly by those low level reps that they won’t even speak with me until I am past due on my loan for 2 months.
At this point I am simply waiting on them to grant me an audience.
So, you see, they are full of shit when they say they are helping people.
It’s bullshit.
At this point I am resigned to the fact that I have been fucked on both sides as the banking crisis has essentially run my business into the ground as my clients cannot get loans to do work and thus I cannot do work, and now due to that I am going to lose my house which was my largest investment.
That is life, but to hear these pricks lie like this and see them grin when asked if they have raised credit card rates and reduced lines of credits is just too much. See, I have experienced those also, all the while just trying to keep my business afloat and stay in my house.
Fuck them.
Banks lend to those who can pay back the loan. How do you force someone to borrow?
