Firstly, VERY few assaults happen with these so called ‘assault weapons.’ Most murders are comitted with objects like knives or lead pipes. The ones that use a gun, are handguns.

Secondly, ‘assault weapons’ is just a propaganda term made up by a liberalist who seems to have something against victims and legal people. They are more often than not owned by a military enthusiast, but in some cases does not want to enlist. So he plays dressup with some friends and goes to a legal firing range. Most of them are no threat to the good people.

Thirdly, *takes on a sarcastic voice* banning these will result in more jobs…. In crime. Yes, banning them will result in a strong black market for illegal weapons, stronger than it is now.

Fourthly, now this is where I partly agree with restrictions. There are some things people just DON’T need, like automatic support weapons. (E.G. MG42, yes I have seen those for sale) I feel that such things should though have some sort of limiter in it that permenantly disallows live ammunition to be fired, but allows blanks. You know, for the friendly reenactors who just want to have some legal fun.

Summery: Some restrictions are nessicary for safe citizens (Who can use an automatic support weapon for self defence? Why should someone who has been proven to be dangerously violent have a weapon?). However, weapons like WASR10′s (A Romanian AK clone that can NOT go full auto, pierod) are perfectly safe and okay to own. Besides, guns are GOOD for the economy, they create jobs. Gunsmiths, weapon plants, ammunition production, all creates jobs. As long as the government does not go facist or communist on us there’s no real threat to you. I simply wish that the people and the government could go hand in hand without having to fear one another.

Well, This is how it is going to go down. It will happen in increments.
First you must just register your guns. Those found with unregistered guns will have that gun and all of their other guns confiscated.
Next you must get your guns inspected every year to maintain “safety” and if you don’t show up for inspection you are a criminal and your guns will be confiscated.
After that any “dangerous” or “military-style” weapons will be banned and so on.

You see if the increments are small and you don’t hurt alot of people with each step, you make those who are hurt the extreme, and the majority wont make a peep.

If they come for me, and I fight back, (which I will) I will be cast as just another criminal in the news and to the majority of the public.

How many times have you heard on the news that an arsenal and 100′s or 1000′s of rounds of ammunition were confiscated. The next time you hear them trying to scare you on the news with stuff like that, remember that is exactly how they will disarm the American public.

Frankly I don’t think we stand a chance.

There are those who think the bill of rights and the constitution was written as a guide line for the people.
WRONG! It was created to keep the government in check. Plain and simple.

The left, powered by both the media and the educational system, has all but brow beaten the masses into believing this pack of lies. Then along comes the Hollywood elite to further the lefts agenda. Trust me when I say, the left has a vast network of organizations working in concert with one another to de-fang the constitution. The second amendment is what gives the constitution it’s teeth.

So when is enough enough? I think we have moved past that point, but that is up to the individual to decide.

While the population is sitting on their hands complaining about taxes and the cost of gas, the left continues it’s assault on small arms.

By the time enough is enough the second amendment will be gutted to the point that the arms that remain will be more useful as clubs than as weapons.

The Media is nothing more than a group of used car salesmen selling a false sense of security to the American public under the guise that if the so called assault weapons are limited and/or banned, then their equally brain dead offspring will be safer.

I mean we have to save the children right?
