No wonder they are in trouble. Consensus to make business decisions. That committee bullshit is a huge problem in today's corporate world. This means no one person gets the blame when things go to shit. No integrity is ever on the line which makes it more like a married couple with both making the same money and never agree on anything and they are not allowed to get divorced or even separate. Really sucks doesn't it

A real hard core 'Lefty' college friend of mine once worked at a place like this, up in the state of Washington.

He learned quickly to hate socialism in action. The crazy janitor lady had as much say in marketing the products as the person with a bachelors degree in marketing, therefore sales were always BAD. This was just for openers. He got out after a year or two, trying to give it a fair shake.

He now has his own 'for-profit company' making kit cars. He likely still has many 'Lefty ideas', but the experience opened his eyes a great deal.
