All the old, intellectually empty and completely discredited principles of that era’s neo-Marxist economic, social, and cultural philosophies now rule the day. Welcome to the Weather Underground’s America. And the Republicans are complete dopes, playing nice, refusing to call a spade a spade, and frame reality for what it is, to the American people. It’s time to tell Americans, in no uncertain terms, that they are the victims of a disguised socialist coup.

Obama may be popular, but his policies are not. It’s time for him to choke on them.

Obama’s Budget: Almost $1 Trillion in New Taxes Over Next 10 yrs, Starting 2011

President Obama’s budget proposes $989 billion in new taxes over the course of the next 10 years, starting fiscal year 2011, most of which are tax increases on individuals.

1) On people making more than $250,000.

$338 billion – Bush tax cuts expire
$179 billlion – eliminate itemized deduction
$118 billion – capital gains tax hike

Total: $636 billion/10 years

2) Businesses:

$17 billion – Reinstate Superfund taxes
$24 billion – tax carried-interest as income
$5 billion – codify “economic substance doctrine”
$61 billion – repeal LIFO
$210 billion – international enforcement, reform deferral, other tax reform
$4 billion – information reporting for rental payments
$5.3 billion – excise tax on Gulf of Mexico oil and gas
$3.4 billion – repeal expensing of tangible drilling costs
$62 million – repeal deduction for tertiary injectants
$49 million – repeal passive loss exception for working interests in oil and natural gas properties
$13 billion – repeal manufacturing tax deduction for oil and natural gas companies
$1 billion – increase to 7 years geological and geophysical amortization period for independent producers
$882 million – eliminate advanced earned income tax credit

Total: $353 billion/10 years

Fucking A. The one that’s really going to fuck me over and everyone else is the Capital Gains Tax. Does Obama NOT know that most Americans invest in the stock Market either directly or indirectly? What happens when the gain isn’t worth the effort? I’m sure if there’s no investors the economy will be just fine.

I say we take the government officials and put them all on an island with TV cameras, make it pay per view, and watch them all fight to the death. That should be able to raise a few trillion world wide. We’ll get our debt paid off, and we won’t have to worry about the same old crooked politicians. jk

Clinton’s people lied about it because they thought Bush was too much of a war monger. They were afraid he’d want to go to war.so they lied.

Yeah and the small businesses will laying off more of their employees or shutting down all together. That would be your cleaners, laundromats, shoe repair, small mom and pop eateries.

Why is that? Oh didn’t you hear? O’Fuck wants businesses to pay COBRA for 6 months for all laid off employees. That’s going to kill their bottom lines. Overhead as you know in small businesses and large ones is labor costs.

You can kiss that raise good-bye. And many will be kissing their jobs and businesses good-bye.

See the unique thing about the capitalist system is that when a business goes under, employees and the owner can get hired by other businesses that are doing well.

So one business’s downfall is another businees’ windfall.

When you fuck small business you fuck people too. The time will come when even if you have a college education, you won’t even be able to find a job flipping burgers.

It happened in the Dhimi Kohtair years and in the years prior to RR’s economic initiatives taking hold.
