A few years after enactment welfare rolls were down 50%. But incredibly we're going in the opposite direction. Instead of poor Americans on socialism becoming more like rich American on capitalism,rich American on capitalism is becoming like poor America on socialism. Uncle Sam has welcomed the banks onto the plantation and they have said thank you "Suh". Now instead of thinking about what creative things needed to be done to serve customers they are thinking about what they have to tell Massah an order to get their cash. Not so, in case of Smallpox, which would make them hesitate to insert their own people into a situation of this nature. they'd wait it out. This way the non vaccinated and the individuals with weak vax from the 60s would either be killed off or incapacitated. The crisis would be huge and real. And any of the people who are of favored status could be easily and effectively insulated from the threat. Think about it.
