    There was a show on this very topic on the Discovery Channel a couple of weeks ago where several designs were shown that could do exactly what this dumb ass is proposing we spend 1/2 a million on to study.

    Just go get the stuff that is already done and build it.

    Hey I have no problem with the research, but to do it NOW?! Are they fucking insane? We need to be working towards cutting our debt an our spending. Not to tripple spending and bankrupt the country in a few years.
