Pretty damn sure the school can stop them. Afterall if it’s deemed inappropriate. You can’t just yell out fire and pull the fire alarm in a hospital and get off free by saying….free speech.

I wonder if the school could be sued by parents for promoting an enviornment conducive to statarory rape? Seeing as how the school is responsible for the well being of these children, and yes even in HS they are still children, could the administrators of said school be charged with child neglect?
