It's just common sense. Why should any government agency punish someone for it??? The have nots need to work two jobs and SAVE until they can meet the requirements to buy a house - like I did. Don't tell me that they can't do it. The military is a great place to work and save to improve your credit rating if no jobs are available in the private sector - no wait - that would involve some initiative and self sacrifice..........
