Recently DEA’s Group 5-6, based in Newark, NJ, coordinated an intensive months-long investigation into the trafficking if Ice, the purest form of crystal methamphetamine, that comes up from Mexico’s drug syndicate the “Juarez Seven.” At the culmination of this sting, Group 5-6 struck paydirt and seized 165 pounds of pure crystal methamphetamine; the largest in the northeast region.
