More importantly, the czars circumvent the safeguards of the constitution on separation of powers. This unchecked power puts more faceless unelected bureaucrats in charge of making decisions that should be delegated to Congress, the states, and mainly local governments. Remember each of these czars has a staff (basically a new unnamed government agency) to investigate (whatever and whoever), propagandize their agenda, initiated legislation, and write un-voted on federal regulations.
