So, we have a filthy Chicago politician in the White House, and we’re all surprised that there is corruption?
The Thief in Chief gave the job of writing the “stimulus package” to Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. They did him proud in coming up with this bullshit.
serfer62
The man showed more spite against the GOP then he did the Kommicrats.
Screw him
trustme1013
Well, slap my grandma. He actually is critical of a man he said we “Didn’t have to worry about if he became president.”
WHAT?
Excuse me, Johnny Mac?!?
Where were you in September & October? Shame on you! Shame!
Bobachek
McCains day in the sun came and went about 8 or 9 years ago….The man had cajones in his day and wasn’t afraid to call a spade a spade no matter who liked it or who it pissed off….
Then he decided he wanted to be president and it all went away….
ghostie alix
it breaks my heart. over, and over, and over again. and i sit here wondering, what in the HELL can i do RIGHT NOW? what change can i effect that will make one heartbeat’s difference? what i did in november didn’t mean a damn thing so far.
Phil Byler
I think the posts here critical of John McCain are simply totally wrong. John McCain’s speech in the video is a strong denunciation of Obama/Democrat corrupt spending and continued use of earmarks, providing specifics showing how the Obama/Democrat spending does not relate to getting people back to work. McCain is calling Obama on Obama’s dishonesty in the campaign and disingenuous in promoting the current spending bills. To use an expression, McCain does rip Obama a new asshole and does so elegantly.
Last year was a tough year for Republicans — the financial “crisis” (possibly manufactureed) created economic uncertainty that historically has favored Democrats and did this year; the Bush Adminsitration bailout that obscured the difference between the parties and muddied the Reaganesque message on the campaign trail delivered by the McCain-Palin ticket; the unpopularity of President Bush that was unfair but there due to unceasing left wing attack; the overwhelming amount of Obama money, some of it illegal, that financed what is clear now was false campaign advertising; and the media bias that was in the tank for Obama. Blaming McCain is not being realistic. Forgetting that had the campaign been about foreign policy and military matters and had the electorate credited McCain for being right about Iraq as it should have, McCain would have won easily.
The McCain seen in the video was present at the Saddleback Forum where McCain kicked Obama’s butt. In the debates moderated by the mainstream media people, McCain still outpointed Obama. In the first debate, Obama’s refrann was “John’s right” and McCain showed Obama to be a neophyte in forein policy. In the last debate, McCain commanded the substance of the debate. The media and the electorate, however, was not interested in substance.
So welcome the fact that in Congress, McCain has been as stalwart as he has been in opposing Obama as any other Republican. McCain’s voting record this year has been solid Republican. McCain has been visible and vocal in opposing Obama/Democrat spending bills. When the shit hits the fan in foreign affairs, McCain will be an asset to conservatives and Republicans, as he really does know his stuff in foreign policy, military matters and national security. Given what John McCain did in serving his country during the Vietnam War, it is the least that you all can do.
AZRobert
McCain is a has been who let a victory pass through his hands because he wanted to be bipartisan and a so called moderate Republican loved by the MSM.
Wake Up ALL you moderate Republicans and YOU RINO’s too before America comes crashing down. We need a Military Coup to round up all the commie libs for a treason trial and to help restore the Government to a Constitutional Republic.
Hang Soros first and go from there……….

Phil Byler…I agree with your comments.
We all know that McCain hasn’t been exactly what you would call a conservative the past several years, especially on illegal alien’s, but he’s on our side on the majority of issues and he’s speaking up for all of us that will never have a chance to stand up in Congress and raise hell.
And one other thing. The reactions of our military to the Messiah that we’ve seen take place several times the past few months? Our men and woman in uniform were pulling for him and Palin to win in november just like we were. He would have made an outstanding CIC. On other issues, we would have just had to kick his butt in gear.
Thanks Pat for showing this.

MCCain, too little too late! Look what your “reaching across the aisle” got us! Now we are in it up to our necks.
?
While I agree with Phil in some regards I have to parrot the sentiment of too little too late.

McCain has become a political whore in the later stages of his career. He is a puss-filled example of the rot inside the beltway. He shelved his personal beliefs so as not to rock the boat for him and his elitist Washington buddies during the campaign. He was more concerned with being gracious to bho rather that attack him aggressively in the campaign.
He chose a Washington buddy over the good of the nation. That is evident by his statements today.
Don’t forget, at a rally the crowd begged him to be more aggressive, to confront the lies of obama and the media and to counter with a strong message. His own supporters begged him to try and win. Well, my friends, he must have felt the goal was not worth getting his knuckles bloody.
Too late John, you helped bring forth the mess you now decry by your selfish behavior.
..
Phil, I think we may differ on opinion?
I do agree that at is good that at least he is fighting now, but is that do to a poll or ideology?
scnative
I don’t think most of you listening to the video are even picking up on the fact that McCain still isn’t getting it right regardless of what he is saying about Obama here. If he were, he wouldn’t be making statements along the lines of ‘…isn’t there somewhere else that could use a …’. A true fiscal conservative leader (which we all know John McCain is not) faced with the economic situation the nation is in today would be calling for the complete elimination of this type of spending altogether rather than finding somewhere else that is more in need of the same inane project. Remember to look past the actual words coming out of their mouths to the mindset from which they evolve.

good call, maccain believes in the majesty of big government, he just sees it a little different than the usurper.
Mike Mose
He is trying to save his ass. He will not mean anything until he tries to save his country.
He is an idiots that the Democratic party has used for years for their purposes. The GOP would be better serve if they threw this fool, Spector, Steele and the senators from Maine out of the party.
It is people like this that have allowed the communist to now control America. It is these fools that will put our children into a state run, communist, school at birth.
500-600 people in federal govt, have raped the country, every citizen and is moving to put chains on all of us.
There is NO decency in this video.
The man should be tried and hung as a traitor, like the rest of those bastards.
Make no mistake there plan will continue until Washington is in flames.
Top Ward
yada yada yada
So, what are you going to do about it Johnny boy, try getting ALL of the people with (R) behind their names to vote AGAINST all of this BS! Speeches are nice, let’s see some action. A**hole.

go away mccain
Giorgi
its interesting…they put a bunch of teaser projects in to take away attention from the more important, more shady “projects”
and McCain, i dont know, where was he before, and why did he say things like “dont fear Obama” ? is it an evil plan to permanently dislodge the leftis movement by letting it fuck up some more so they not gonna yell abut what they could have done better than conservatives if ginven a chance? shit, politics today are a mess, what we know is just a tip of the iceberg. as if some are tryng to disenfranchise the population and to create a sense of general apathy towards the politics in the future
Rick
Get’m John, maybe we can beat so sense into these freaken democrats and sellout republicans.
Phil Byler
To Steve in NC: I think it is ideology that explains why McCain is fighting now. McCain really has been a fiscal conservative who fought earmarked spending. He was sincere in his criticism of too much spending during the Bush years. His idea of “change” now would be to do away with earmarked spending and, under current circumstances, to freeze federal spending, not go on an adolescent spending binge that will have negative economic consequences.
American Woman (bitter clinger to my guns and religion)
Phil
McCain is no conservative, he fights earmarks but wanted the government to buy up home loans?
I deeply respect him for his service to our country but that is about it.
He has spent more energy in going after his own party so he can sit on Lettermans sofa bragging about it than fighting against the cooruption in the dim party..
He is a big government, amnesty liberal appeaser.
He did not put up a good fight in the election and I volunteered for him but after people were openly begging him to fight back, being scared of what a Pelosi,Obummer,Reis leadership would do to this country he coward down. His camp mis handled Palin in a bad way and after the election spread rumors about her that he didnt defend her on.
He kept saying “when I am President I will name names” he should have done it then! He should have paid more attention to the cause of the fanny mae freddie mac bail out instead of “rushing to DC” to support it??
He might be voting with the GOP now but not in the past, his campaign finance reform bill was a joke and bit him and this country in the ass!! McCain feingold reform???
We are all paying the price of his mistakes.
He might have been a war hero but is now a political pussy.
You cant ride on your past achivements forever.
Kentucky Jim
The only thing worse than a liberal politician is a liberal politician that calls himself a conservative.
This POS is still for amnesty, open borders (why even have a country if there are no boundaries?) helped get the bailout ball rolling, and his campaign finance reform only stifled free speech before elections and ensured that it will be impossible to produce another Reagan.
Dan (The Infidel)
I used to work with a bunch of guys who served aboard ships back when Johhny was a fighter pilot. I made it clear at the outset, that I was warned by these guys that McCain has been and will forever remain ” a loose cannon aboard ship”.
That’s their words BTW.
McCain had his day in the sun. He had a chance to be a RR, he chose to be Bob Dole instead. You’re a day late and a dollar short Johnny-boy.
Dragon Eddie
I love how he goes to slap the bill with the wrong hand first and it ends up looking like he is doing a little dance, hilarious!
