Bush refuses to criticize Obama in Canada

CALGARY, Alberta – Former President George W. Bush says he won’t criticize President Barack Obama because Obama “deserves my silence,” and says he plans to write a book about the 12 toughest decisions he made in office. Bush’s speech Tuesday at a luncheon in Calgary, Alberta was his first since leaving office.

He declined to comment about the Obama administration like former Vice President Dick Cheney. Cheney said Sunday that Obama’s decisions are threatening the nation’s safety.

Bush says he doesn’t know what he’ll do in the long term but says he’ll write a book that will let people determine what they would have done if their most important job was to protect the country.

Thats because they are both cut from the same cloth, just one is on the left side and one on the right side.

    I miss GWB!

    That’s a book I’ll definitely purchase.

Former President George W. Bush and his father visited the Big Island of Hawaii about three weeks ago. They weren’t here long but flew on commercial airplanes. Silver Fox was at the airport when they flew in and passengers on those flights were full of “oohs” and “ahs”; totally “ga-ga.” Both former presidents have more fans than the media would have us believe.

One thing you can say, for 7 years Bush-Cheney kept the terrorists at bay.

Perhaps the same cloth, but one inhabits the chest (Bush) and the other inhabits the area that lets fart aerate from it…….Obama would be where the fart flows out.

I notice he is not on all the news channels. Like whats his name carter clintorius who would of thunk? :?:

Unlike liberals, Bush is gifted with this thing called humility. He demonstrated it throughout his presidency by not lashing out at every editorial cartoon directed against him and by acting in a low-key manner in general. One could certain never accuse Obama of the same. Hubris, not humility, is Obama’s guiding vice.

i did not agree with a lot of his social decision but was 100% behind his methods to protect this country. i do believe he is a good man and he truly believed he was doing the right thing for this country. he’s not worried about his legacy, un like some other presidents. thank you president bush

Indeed “The Better Man” …I like that title for GWB!
When every school, bus, train, bridge, plane, tunnel, mall, ship…when everything was and still is a target…”The Better Man” kept us safe. Let’s see how Obama does…God help us, because GWB has left the building.

Let’s give our new pres’ some cred’. In his first couple of weeks in office, he has already broken more campaign promises than Clinton did in two terms. As a Vietnam veteran, I especially “appreciated” his most recent decision to charge wounded veterans for their medical care. What a guy. What a sonofabitch.

“President George W. Bush says he won’t criticize Barack Obama because Obama “deserves my silence,”

Thats class, unlike what we saw from the Clintons.
Also did anyone hear President Bush blame 9/11 on the lack of intel inherited from the Clinton admin??
    When he could have……
There are leaders and wannabe leaders
