I think that solving the rough language issue by exploiting the new distinct site as the polite one and retaining the current and successful barroom and barracks tone of PD.Com and JKH is an ideal solution. Although I personally have to “turn the volume up” on my profanity to suit this “fucking place” I like the feel and believe that it allows the site and show to penetrate and resonate with demographics closed to more traditional conservative outlets. I think that these people are rightly Active people, but need to know that the left’s caricatures are wrong and Maggie is right, “We are conservatives, not prudes.”

This and the apparently disparate topic from last nights show of surviving rape and kidnapping were both important topics independently and in that they despite their disparity are still clearly within the scope of, ACCDF, Active.

The story of the surviving and ultimate victory over a violent rapist/kidnapper was both enraging and impressive. Hers is a story of real strength. Better if she had never had to endure anything worse a dry cleaning bill from disposing of the goblin, but that that was not the case in addition to her great strength and resolve is how these two disparate topics come together as natural Active stories.

Active is, it seems to me, about nothing less than barring the left from dragging America back to some time before 1215 and certainly before 1789. Despite their rhetoric America and some few of the other English Colonies were formed around the new ideas (before they were even documented) for human organization of capitalism and a preeminence of the individual, and the “progressives” really strive for nothing less than a return to the old and enduring status of an all powerful government and a most privileged governing class. Their old way seeks the return to the control of our language, lest we see their false truths. Their old way seeks the return to dependent serfs who have had our right and duty to defense of our person, our loved ones, our neighbors, and our property usurped. Their old way seeks the return to even the denial of our concept of anything that is truly ours rather than theirs and only let to us by their good will. Their old way seeks the return to the strict and servile oppression endured through nearly all of human history.

New little Active will not dam and clean this old polluted river alone, but it can be the first whisper everywhere in the nation of the true stakes and to show a plan to stop the flood of the old servitude no matter what its name or face.
