Probably appoint some kind of committee to negotiate with what passes for the Somalia Govt or 'start a dialogue' :roll: with the pirate command structure and see if we can work out an agreement in the future, stop pirating ships, with the promise of billions in US aide. Personally, I would solve the problem thus. Allow ALL us registered merchant ships and crew to be armed and use force if attacked. Second, go to work on the pirates "shore agents" find out who is tipping them off to the cargos, find out whos is brokering the stolen cargos and go after them. Then, send Mr. Apache and Mr. Predator into whatever base these pirates come from and follow up with US Marines. Repeat as necessary.
