My father called me last night and said to start buying ammunition. Obongo plans on putting a 25c tax on each round of ammunition sold. Not that .45 and .44 ammunition wasnt expensive enough.

Those associated most closely with the “liberal” label do not care about the truth. Those that consider themselves “liberal” do not care about the individual. They do not care that they are blatantly lying to your face. Nor do they care that you know they are lying to your face. Why? Because even if you call them on their lies, they will simply attack you personally and do everything they can to make YOU look like the extremist. Evidence doesn’t matter. They do not care what is best for you. They care what is best for themselves, and that is that everyone be equal, even if it means equally miserable. Instead of lifting themselves out of their misery, they would prefer dragging others down if nobody will lift them in tow.
The tactic that Sanchez uses is age old. If a point is going to be made to counter your argument, simply make it a personal issue. Use names like “nutjob”, “crazies”, etc. to make it not about the issue at hand, but demonizing the individual who is about to discredit your standing. Rick Sanchez is no better than those he blames and accuses of “fear mongering”.
You’re right Ricky, we are stocking up on guns and ammunition. Wanna know why? Because we believe that the Constitution and it’s founders put it quite simply. A nation of citizens without arms are nothing but subjects. They are powerless to provide their own destiny and must suffice to do what they are told to do, believe what they are told to believe, own only what they are allowed to own, drive only what they are allowed to drive, and their lives no longer are of their own choosing, but that of what they are allowed to live. Those who complain the loudest that it is nothing but “right wing nutjobs” and those who, and yes, this is a direct quote from a HuffPo douchebag, “live in the slave states and see what is going on…” are those very same souls who are perpetuating a sense of racism and bigotry that doesn’t exist. They complain the loudest that “right wingers” are so simple minded that they only want to be racist thugs and encourage slavery, yet they support the very government who could subjugate them into slavery by simply taking the Bill of Rights and abolishing each individually. They perpetuate the fear that those of us who are gun advocates are simply gun advocates because we are racist and wish to use our guns for nefarious purposes. Is it not odd that these, dare I say “leftists” forget that it was a REPUBLICAN President who ended slavery? Now that it has become a more popularly voiced fact that Lincoln was a Republican, what have you noticed about the “history” of his Presidency? Intellectual midgetry. Revisionism. It is demanding that everyone forget the fact that the term “democrat” was used to describe someone in a derogatory note intentionally because they did not believe that the republic was just, and that the form of government we had was failed from the beginning.
I have noticed an awful lot of “studies” and documentaries claiming that Lincoln wasn’t such the great emancipator that he was billed to be. There are increasingly more History Channel pundits who would rather you forget that he was a Republican, not to mention that it was the Democrat party who fought so valiantly to oppose desegregation. See, you can’t have it both ways. Lincoln can not be your hero one minute because he ended slavery and united the country once again, and then just a common bigot when you are reminded that his ideology goes against what you believe at present. That’s like the atheist stating, “There is no god.” until he is dying a miserable death then begging forgiveness “just in case”.

Freedom is given you not by man, but by God. It is protected by the very documents that were written in 1776-1789, and later in the Federalist Papers. These documents, however, have no base of protection unless there are those of us who have the courage to stand up and demand that they be adhered to. Upon the squandering of these very freedoms lay the fuel for the fire in a true Patriot’s soul. Patriotism is not about ideology. It is not about politic. Patriotism is about standing up for the individual liberties given to us by God of which certain “men” attempt to arrogantly assert their opinionated control over. Patriotism is standing firm when the tide of emotion drags the whim of the public to and fro, without regard to the reactionism utilized to subjugate the populace through fear in one direction or another. Patriotism is about placing one’s self between the torches and the parchment. There is no party politic in Patriotism.
The individual liberties of mankind, granted us by God, are the very heart of freedom throughout the world. The moral courage that it takes to arm one’s self in order to standardize these liberties throughout the world can not be measured any more than can God’s reach. It is greater than mankind. The individual liberty associated with the freedom that we believe in does not stop at any one race, any one border, or any one person.
A true Patriot does not fight for one ideology. He fights for all ideologies to at least exist and be met with logical compromise and discussion, regardless of origin or intent. That is liberty, not a misguided agenda based crowd control device.
You may have the right to attempt to shout me down, but I have the right to shout as loudly as you. You may have the right to march in protest, but I have the right to march in counter protest. These rights, are guaranteed by the brave souls who used their arms to ensure that liberty be left intact, even should their physical bodies not be. Remember that. Forever remember that. It will make your decision to be a true Patriot that much easier.
