One of the most dangerous people a cop can meet is an unarmed, naked guy.

To get naked, especially lacking as that guy is, and go around in a very public place tells you the guy is not all there or on drugs and isn’t going to think twice about doing something really stoopid. It is a very common thing for a call of a unarmed naked perp to kill a cop with his own gun.
