      We should remember that it was Justice Souter who demanded bama-lama show a Birth Certificate by Dec. 1, 2008, but bama-lama let the deadline pass and ignored the court order to respond. It wasn’t long after that bama-lama and biden-his-time met with all the Justices for that secret behind-closed-doors meeting without reporters or cameras, which is illegal. (Judges can’t meet with defendents privately while cases against them our pending in their courts.)

      And now, how conveniently, bama-lama gets to pick a new judge. Was Justice Souter “forced” out?

    I have already seen these people in my neighborhood and in other neighborhoods in the area. One day I came home and there was a guy parked in his car on my property and I saw that he was holding something that looked like a scanner..although I couldn’t really see what it was but I knew it was an electronic device. I saw him an hour or so later down the block standing by someone’s mailbox on the street. A few days later a woman who told me she was working on the census asked me for directions.

      There was a news story a few months back about some town government using Google Earth’s “Street View” in the Code Enforcement Dept. to try to disqualify person’s on a petition that the Mayor/Council in the town were trying to stop.

      “Street View” gives a little ‘bubble’ that is a 360-dgreee camera view taken at that address.

      In this instance, that voter’s they were trying to disqualify were all with white/jewish last names in the 4 conservative districts. They were trying to see if they could match persons/autos & plate#s/mailbox names to the voter petition at those addresses.
      This failed for City when “Street View” proved to have old data as much as 4-6 months and they were trying to remove ‘current residents’ that had just built in new housing edition and a new area of McMansions that were just built. I know there was talk of lawsuit against City.

    :neutral: By cross referencing federal computer databases to the GPS coordinates, you can isolate very specific groups of people: conservatives, NRA members, veterans, etc. This way selective groups can be arrested simultaneously and rendered ineffective. I would be on the lookout for some type of “national emergency” to be declared, followed by suspension of Constitutional rights; remember, Bill Ayers wrote that several millions of Americans would have to be liquidated for his revolution to succeeed. I’m sure he and Obama discussed this for years; I am also fairly confident Ayers is regulary in touch with Obama. Existing hardware and software now makes possible what they could not do during the 60s. I would guess tehy will have to move before the 2010 elections in order to have a solid chance of success.

      Fridays and Saturdays are Pat’s days off. Give him a break- he’s only human. Sunday shows are usually at … well, they’re in the afternoon, ah .. 3PM somewhere. But certainly NOT at the 8PM PST as advertised.

      Here in Boulder, I’m following regs and “contemplating” being so far behind enemy lines. It’s been suggested that we recruit, indoctrinate and assemble neighborhood groups to assist each other. I’m trying to figure out how to defend our house in town here, with no like-minded friends … and the scenarios don’t pan out well.

      5pm EST Sundays or 11pm EST Sundays…it can changed based upon Pat’s Sunday schedule.

      Best thing to do is be sure to sign up for e-mai “reminders” from the btr site…then you’ll get the exact time and link.

      But note: sometimes there’s not much advance notice, but sometimes Pat will throw up a Friday show and the emails are the best way to get alerted.

    I, too, have been considering this GPS thing.

    One of the problems with a biological is that is is hard to introduce and hard to keep pathological…

    Of course, if you could introduce it directly to your enemy…

    Keep on the look out. Look for delivery systems (many towns in Wyoming have sprayer trucks that go about spraying for insects in the early morning). My guess is that there will be a test…someplace out of the way…

    If this GPS painting thing is true (and I have only small doubts that it is) then you wouldn’t need to kick in a door at 0-darkthirty. You would only need to give a little spray…

    Either I am being extremely paranoid or not…

    Obama Faces More Questions on Citizenship

    AP- WASHINGTON D.C. – In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College. Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking.

    The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as president. When reached for comment in London, where he has been in meetings with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue. Meanwhile, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs scoffed at the report stating that this was obviously another attempt by a right-wing conservative group to discredit the president and undermine the administration’s efforts to move the country in a new direction.

    Britain’s Daily Mail has also carried the story in a front-page article titled, “Obama Eligibility Questioned”, leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K.

    In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey. This lawsuit claims Obama’s dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

    Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter
