Can't say I find anything odd about this. Been in toledo Ohio the past three weekends walleye fishing (no luck, has been better to stay in cleveland for Steelhead, tossed another in freezer last night)

Anyway, back on subject, we fish up in Oregon Ohio by the toledo Edison coal fired plant. We have seen what at first we thought was a house cat until we realized it was larger, and we passed it off as either a larger than normal grey fox, which seem quite cat like at times, or possibly a coyote.

The head was what has been throwing us, looked too cat-like for a fox, but that is still a possibility.

Back another very important subject, does anyone have a really good fish smoking recipe that I could vac pac the fish after done to avoid refrigeration need? All recipe's I have require refrigeration, and that is not practical for a lot of fish. The smoked Steelhead I have done tastes soo close to smoked salmon, thought would be a good item to stock up on, could share with Active members if things hit the fan...
