    If you were the CEO of a privately owned company that had budget deficits that could cause it to go into bankruptcy and you told the share holders you were going to balance the budget with a 1/4 or 1/2 of a 1% budget cut they’d throw you out of whatever window that was nearby and stomp you to jello.

    Cut out the DHS and that would take care of a 100 million.
