OBAMA SIGNS BILLS AND CREATES NEW LAWS DISARMING AMERICANS NATIONWIDE AND SUBMITS USA LAWS TO UNITED NATIONS CONTROL

OBA-HUSSEIN-KHOMEINI, making sure that he makes the Constitutional right to bear arms by new legislation totally impossible,

H E R E- I T- C O M E S !!! – HR45 Gun Licensing Bill
HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009

… this is “Obama’s Gun Control by Secrecy”.

Very Important for you to be aware of a new bill HR 45 introduced into the House. This is the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Act of 2009.

We heard this yesterday on the Peter Boyles radio program.

Even gun shop owners didn’t know about this because it is flying under the radar.

To find out about this go to any government website and type in HR 45 or Google HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009. You will get all the information.

Basically this would make it illegal to own a firearm – any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless: It is registered.

You are fingerprinted.

You supply a current Driver’s License.

You supply your Social Security #.

You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing.

Each update – change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25.

Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail.

There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18.

The Government would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 years in prison.

The gun owner’s license would expire in 5 years and would not automatically renew.

If you think this is a joke – go to the website and take your pick of many options to read this …

http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h45/textIt is lengthy.

But, more and more people are becoming aware of this. Pass the word along.

FAILURE TO DO SO AT YOUR PERIL!

This is just a “termite” approach to complete confiscation of guns and disarming of our society to the point we have no defense – chip away a little here and there until the goal is accomplished before anyone realizes it.

It’s another example of the slowly-boiled frog: put a frog in a pan of water and slowly heat it; the frog will be boiled to death without realizing it. This is one to act on whether you own a gun or not. The Second Amendment: America’s original homeland security.

You may phone the U.S. Capitol Switchboard at (202) 224-3121. A switchboard operator will connect you directly with the Senate office you request.

ALSO

Just received this from a friend. Haven’t heard anything about this from the NRA, etc:

I don’t know if you are aware of this but Obama signed the treaty on guncontrol with the UN…everyone must start now contacting their Senators to tell them not to ratify this treaty.

http://www.newswithviews.com/baldwin/baldwin507.htmhttp://gunowners.org/a042109.htmhttp://gunowners.org/fs0901.htm

Please pass this on to everyone you know so that they may start contactingtheir Senators

Obama Pushing Treaty To Ban Reloading

– Even BB guns could be on the chopping block

Tuesday, April 21, 2009

Remember CANDIDATE Barack Obama? The guy who “wasn’t going to take away our guns”? Well, guess what?

Less than 100 days into his administration, he’s never met a gun he didn’t hate.

A week ago, Obama went to Mexico, whined about the United States, and bemoaned (before the whole world) the fact that he didn’t have the political power to take away our semi-automatics. Nevertheless, that didn’t keep him from pushing additional restrictions on American gun owners.

It’s called the Inter-American Convention Against Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives, and Other Related Materials.

To be sure, this imponderable title masks a really nasty piece of work.

First of all, when the treaty purports to ban the “illicit” manufacture of firearms, what does that mean?

1. “Illicit manufacturing” of firearms is defined as “assembly of firearms [or] ammunition … without a license….” Hence, reloading ammunition — or putting together a lawful firearm from a kit — is clearly “illicit manufacturing.”

Modifying a firearm in any way would surely be “illicit manufacturing.” And, while it would be a stretch, assembling a firearm after cleaning it could, in any plain reading of the words, come within the screwy definition of “illicit manufacturing.”

2. “Firearm” has a similarly questionable definition. “[A]ny other weapon” is a “firearm,” according to the treaty — and the term “weapon” is nowhere defined.

So, is a BB gun a “firearm”? Probably. A toy gun? Possibly. A pistol grip or firing pin? Probably. And who knows what else.

If these provisions (and others) become the law of the land, the Obama administration could have a heyday in enforcing them. Consider some of the other provisions in the treaty:

* Banning reloading.

BANNING SALE OF BRASS, ALREADY FIRED, CARTRIDGES BY THE MILITARY TO THE PRIVATE SECTOR IS IN PROCESS AND HAS BEEN LURCHED BACK AND FORTH AND WAS PREVENTED FROM TAKING EFFECT BUT NOW SEEMS TO HAVE COME BACK TO LIFE.

In Article IV of the treaty, countries commit to adopting “necessary legislative or other measures” to criminalize illicit manufacturing and trafficking in firearms. Remember that “illicit manufacturing” includes reloading and modifying or assembling a firearm in any way.

This would mean that the Obama administration could promulgate regulations banning reloading on the basis of this treaty — just as it is currently circumventing Congress to write legislation taxing greenhouse gases.

* Banning gun clubs. Article IV goes on to state that the criminalized acts should include “association or conspiracy” in connection with said offenses — which is arguably a term broad enough to allow, by regulation, the criminalization of entire pro-gun organizations or gun clubs, based on the facilities which they provide their membership.

* Extraditing US gun dealers. Article V requires each party to “adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offenses it has established in accordance with this Convention” under a variety of circumstances.

We know that Mexico is blaming U.S. gun dealers for the fact that its streets are flowing with blood. And we know it is possible for Mexico to define offenses “committed in its territory” in a very broad way. And we know that we have an extradition obligation under Article XIX of the proposed treaty.

So we know that Mexico could try to use the treaty to demand to extradition of American gun dealers. Under Article XXIX, if Mexico demands the extradition of a lawful American gun dealer, the U.S. would be required to resolve the dispute through “other means of peaceful settlement.”

Does anyone want to risk twenty years in a sweltering Mexican jail on the proposition that the Obama administration would apply this provision in a pro-gun manner?

* Microstamping.

Article VI requires “appropriate markings” on firearms. And, it is not inconceivable that this provision could be used to require microstamping of firearms and/or ammunition — a requirement which is clearly intended to impose specifications which are not technologically possible or which are possible only at a prohibitively expensive cost.

* Gun registration.

Article XI requires the maintenance of any records, for a “reasonable time,” that the government determines to be necessary to trace firearms. This provision would almost certainly repeal portions of McClure-Volkmer and could arguably be used to require a national registry or database.

ACTION: Write your Senators and urge them to oppose the Inter-American Convention Against Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives, and Other Related Materials.

  • That one dude

This is such a downer I so wanted a shotgun in MY HOUSE when I got back from basic……

Maybe the fact that you CAN’T ban something that is everywhere. In all respects WE are weapons, we can kill people with out bare hands. What are they going to do, start cutting off our hands :?:

This shit is utterly ridiculous and I this goes to show how politicians love power and money.

  • MustangSandy

This is nothing but a blatant attempt to disarm to population. I certainly don’t know anyone who would give up their guns, and I certainly don’t know how they would even attempt it. I think the states will secede from the republic before they allow the feds to confiscate guns from law-abiding citizens. Makes you wonder how far this is going to go before action is mobilized.

  • Chuck O

An unarmed population is an easily controlled population but fear not ladies and gentlemen. The gov’t can not even control firearms in Chicago, what makes you think they can control the rest of the country? For all of the laws and bans, they don’t work yet govt doesn’t have a clue.

    • David

Wrong. They control the guns of us, the law abiding citizens. What they can’t control are the criminals, including the politicians.

    • BT

What happens when you can’t get ammo? Not everyone has the ability to manufacture their own….yet.

  • Professor Bill

    From my cold dead hands……

  • http://antimullah.com Alan

This follows and attempt to identify and ban all PRIVATE guns owned by members of the military

  • Gaige Mosher

Anybody know what the total active force strength of Federal LEOs is in this country? Because that’s the only groups they can rely on for enforcement of this or outright confiscation. NGs and local police will be hit and miss, entire states will rebel against this, many Active Military will refuse the order.

Just give me a ballpark number so I have an idea of how much we need to attrite them.

    • Somefed

Most Fed Agents wont try to take away your guns. Trust me most ATF guys get into ATF because they love guns not hate them. Then you also have to ask how many LEO’s want to get into a fire fight every time they knock on a door? Other then the Vets here how many of you have been in a Fire Fight? Its not somthing you want to make a habit of. Last I looked there are more gun owners in the USA then LEO’s and most of the military won’t back it. In the end as soon as this starts its a Civil war that the dumb libatards have no idea what they are about to do. Then again maybe they do? But I think with out them having their own private military to help Most Members of the military and LE will not do it. I think 75% will not take up arms against the people of the US. Thats going to shock them for sure.

  • http://www.okiepatriot.blogspot.com Greywolfe

Mustang Sandy, I hate to rain on your optimism but they did it in New Orleans during Katrina and no one stopped them. No one was even willing to go to jail to stand up to the police.

They’ll come by and people will let just let them in.

Chuck O, the problem is, in order to keep your firearms, you have to be willing to take on the monicker of criminal. Most aren’t willing to do that. Most people will give up their freedoms for security. This will all be put out to be in the interests of protecting the citizen and their safety. The sheep of America, which most are, will eat it up and lick the spoon.

    • Blade Runner

Good grief, Greywolfe, what have you been smoking? Where do you get the ambiguous generality that “most” Americans are sheep, that “most” people will surrender their freedom, that “most” are not willing to “take on the moniker of criminal”? Have you been paying attention? In the eyes of Mr Hope and Change and his mob, and from the horse’s ass Nappy Janet, all Americans in legal possession of firearms are already criminals. All Americans who fly the American flag are criminals. All Americans who attend Tea Parties are criminals. If by “most” you mean all those who voted for this shit, then I can buy that.

But, gimme a break. Gun sales are through the roof, ammunition sales are on back order, in some states applications for concealed carry permits are up 300%, The FBI has had to hire additional processors to handle the glut of NICS background checks. So, what do you think “most” of these people buying guns and ammo are up to?

    • aboutTObegin

well said Blade Runner…..let me also add, by my dead body will they pry my weapons from me!!! The enemy is using the ‘legal’ channel in order to submit the populace…just in case the populace rises up against them, they will have (in their minds) the government agencies in place to protect them. I smell a war a brewing soon!

      -aTb

    • PatriotofPast(Thomas)

I see it as a Demographics thing. Depending on where you live, that is where they will start their confiscation. New York, very Liberal area. I think these people will submit quickly without a fight. As upposed to Texas or even here in South Dakota, we are more reliant on our weapons. Hell, have to bring a sidearm to go fishing (Rattlers,Mnt.Lions).

    • unkaglen

You don’t know how much I hate to say this, but I think you are right….
I pray when the time comes I will have the guts to shoot the fuckers in the face and not surrender my guns.
If and when you choose to fight what is coming you will either die or spend the rest of your life in jail.My only hope is I have the courage to take a few of the bastards with me…….

  • Ivan the Kafir

Obama must be jerking off to thoughts of how powerful he is becoming. He must think it’s pretty erotic to be absolute ruler of over 300 million people. No despot in world history ever had it so easy as he’s had it to this point. Half of America is practically begging for him to fuck them in the ass.

  • shootem

over 300 million known guns in the united states. gimme a fuckin break dude. the government will never touch that. 100,000 patriots with guns will be able to over power our military after most defect to our side.
you know where you can find the most hardcore conservatives in the country. the west, the south and the military. they arent gonna turn over thier shit either

  • David

Pass this around to the gun shop owners. The NRA must put out a special issue, not their usual NRA/ILA mailer. Hold the WHORES in congress accountable in 2010. Write down their names. Organize against them. Compare obama and the WHORES in congress to nazis, stalin and the other dictators who confiscate the tools of FREEDOM.

  • Tom Wales, WI

Here we go again…Are we ready to fight? I’m ready to go.

  • rise up

Let do this shit, i really want to put a foot up everyones ass who fucking voted for this piece of shit. What was he preaching? “I’m not taking guns away?” bullshit, hes a lying piece of etremeist shit. Let his body burn atop the body pile of all these politicians that have all this “power”. I happy with my government, i love how their selling there own fate,

  • rise up

Now lets kill some motherfuckers :gun:

  • Armando Garcia

So we are all still waiting for the s.t.h.t.f. Lets quit being such limp wristed patriots, grab a hand full and chuck it, all ready. Its true we will offer freedom for security, look at how much they have taken so far with no real resistance or consequences. If I made fun of your Mom, or your wife, or kids you’d punch me, If I made fun of Jesus you’d punch my, or at least you should. If I punched you, you would punch me. How come we sit by idol and do nothing as we get the shit kicked out of us. Americans the shit will not hit the fan if its all over the floor and we are all ready covered in it.
Time to grab and chuck, garb n chuck.

  • GregGS

Just like in canada billions will be wasted setting this up and how many crimes will it stop? none.

  • http://patdollard.com Joe Average

    ALL
As noted on several other topics here, ACORN already setting up to STOP & STEAL 2010 election with the Census and special help crap….Then NO MORE ELECTIONS.

We that aren’t in a position to start anything are waiting on those who can, and will help in any way….JUST DO IT.

I’ve found that there is a great amount of interest in firearms and I am trying to cater to that on Huntfish.net. I’ve owned rifles, pistols and shotguns since I was a teenager, after my father as well as the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department taught me gun safety. I’ve not shot anyone but more and more criminal activity is common in our area. I would not hesitate to use any means to defend our family and farm. I certainly don’t mind practicing with a pistol or rifle on the farm when I think there is a criminal element nearby. I call it prevention.

The world needs more education about guns and gun safety. It’s the people that know little about guns that are dangerous. When they do pick up a gun, they wave it around like a stick, which makes me cringe horribly at the site of the lack of respect for the power of firearms.

If the government wants to outlaw guns, they should be the first to give them up.
