We get many credible warnings out here in La La Land, but very few come to pass. If he was giving a warning going on for the last 2.5 month it would be hard to take immediate action other that stockpile food and water. Some suggest that the heavy quakes occur after the full moon. We are several days on the near side of entering a full moon. Quirky animals may be a more reliable indicator. People have noted entire animal shelters going beserk a couple on minutes before a big quake. The Chinese back in the 80's forced thousands to stay outdoors in a cold Manchurian winter. It was nearly 2o below. They set up outdoor theaters to keep the people occupied. It was noted by amphibians and reptiles coming out of the ground in mid winter.
